DESCRIPTION: This 24 page illustrated booklet contains the History of the Parkin-Cannonball Ranch. * The cover is very handsome with a colored photo copied from an original oil painting of what the Parkin Ranch probably looked like during the late 1880's. The photograph just doesn't do the cover justice. * There are 26 black and white photographs, an Introduction, history of the original ranch, history of the ranch brands, and bibliography. * This booklet measures 10 inches by about 7 1/8 inch and is fastened with a leather tie. * This first edition was printed in a very small edition of less than 25 copies.
