[x], 173pp, illustrated with a frontis map and nine photographs (all called for?). Endpapers tanned. Most pages and plates are clean; a few openings are decidedly soiled, others have occasional thumbing or a small (<1cm) stain to the margin. 19.5x13cms, in the original binding of blue cloth.
