A Six Volume Set of the History of the Peninsular War. dated 1902 - 1922 by Charles Oman M.A. All volumes are in red boards with gilt decoration and lettering ,the boards are slightly grubby and have minor fading to the spine, there is also minor wear to the spine ends. Some of the boards are bumped at the corners .On volumes two and three the spine has sprung. The paste-downs on all of the books are tanned and have some foxing.All six volumes have a small dedication and vol two has a book plate on the paste-down and a round printed stamp on the front end-paper, there are various maps some of which are fold-out. The text block is clean for the age but does have some foxing in places. None of these volumes have a dust jacket PlEASE NOTE. Volume Seven is Missing. Book price includes 2nd class parcel post in UK only. All books are photographed in the box they are packed in as proof against in-transit damage.
