Boards slightly bowed, light stain to the upper board and penetrating to the margin of the first two or three leaves and edges of the pastedowns and plates, therefore a good only copy. The binding remains tight, small signature of a previous owner to the front free endpaper, the body of text is unmarked. Tissue guarded colour frontis, three b&w plates. Uncommon.
