First edition. Very good in tan wrappers printed in red and black. Seven sections of seven pages each, each with a separate title-page printed on different stock in black and red. Although unmarked this copy is from the library of poet Jack Gilbert, who was a participant in Spicer's now legendary Poetry as Magic workshop held at the San Francisco Public Library in 1956.
