According to Gallop's Bibliography of Ezra Pound [pg.40], in 1946 New Directions took over 465 copies and 525 sets of sheets of the sixth impression from Liveright, and the sheets, with a cancel title-leaf were bound up in red or blue cloth and a new dust jacket. This is one of the bindings from the sheets, with the cancel leaf. There is a gift inscription in ink on the front inside board which is dated September 1947.
