In fair condition, with rubbing, fading and scuffing to boards and spine. Minor hinge wear to front and back of book. Text block remains bound well with minor wear. Light marginalia to front and back of book. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce 1st edition of a lesser-known novel by American writer Edith Wharton (1862-1937).
