A good hardback first edition with a bit of shelf wear. Green cloth with gilt title lettering to upper cover and spine. No dust jacket. There is a bit of creasing and rubbing to the extremities (see images), but the green boards are clean and the binding is secure, despite some cracking to the rear hinge (see image). There is an old-looking gift inscription in fountain pen on the front free endpaper, and a bit of foxing to the top and fore edges, but the contents are clean and complete.
