Presentation Copy. 5 3/4" x 9" Approx. 298pages +19 at front+40 page catalogue by Methuen dated may 1909 at rear There are 20 illustrations ,Binding is original dark purple with gilt lettering and art nouveau spine (a little fading of spine & minor rubbing to front edge of spine) rest is good. Contents are very good and clean, Title page is stamped "Presentation Copy" & to front endpaper is the very decorative illustrated bookplate of Country Life , Tavistock St. London. there are NO ink inscriptions.
