Artikelbeschreibung des Verkäufers

First edition. 223pp. Photographic illustrations. Extensive notes, bibliography, index. Sienna cloth with silver lettering to front and spine. A fine copy in pictorial dust jacket. Jacket spine faded, and with light chipping to the spine ends. Stories of the last of the old cow hands. From the preface: "Injun Summer is another factual story of the Old West, narrated to the author by Bill Walker, and concerns the building of an empire from the foundation up - from the last buffalo stampede, and the first ear of corn raised in Colorado. It concerns also the red-blooded men and women whose courage, stability, and ingenuity won the frontier.".
