Publisher's original colourful boards, red cloth spine and tan-patterned-papers. A good copy. Issued without a D/W. Rubbed to the extremities, soiled to the front board, some tape marks to the back board. A stereotypical view of China, told in verse and illustrated with vibrant chromolithographs highlighted in gold on every page. Their faces yellow as a guinea, grin ever in a way unpleasant.
