Hinges sound; endpapers present. Clean, unmarked interior save for two signatures of Christian Grimm, Springfield, Annapolis County Nova Scotia and one more recent on front endpaper. Johann Christian Grimm, son of Christian Paul Grimm and Catherine Elizabeth Grimm, born 1814 near Zweibr�cken, ended up teaching school in Lunenburg and Annapolis Counties, Nova Scotia. Uncommon first edition. Full title reads: Key to Crosby's Walkingame's Tutor's assistant: containing the solutions of all the questions in that work at full length, wherever there is the smallest appearance of labour or difficulty, conformable to the present improved state of the science; with references to the rules and notes by which the solutions are obtained.
