Tullock (? - 1904) was an engineer from Illinois who later owned the Missouri Valley Bridge and Iron Company. Minor soiling and spots of foxing to fore-edge of textblock. Occasional spots of foxing to interior. A few of the fold out maps and illustrations have small creases to edges or corners. Pencil brackets to margins of a few pages.
