This translation is by Thomas Stanley and was first issued in 1647.First edition thus.With the original paper wraps around the bowed vellum boards. The bowing of boards is extremely common to this work.This is number 4 of 800 copies printed.A wonderful example of the work that the Fortune Press produced. In the publisher's original vellum boards. With original printed dustwrapper. Externally, very smart. Boards are bowed slightly. Small chip to the head of wrap. Minor fading to the spine.
