Fisher was a lawyer and historian who argues that slavery has no place in the original Founder's concept of the Union. Condition is GOOD+ ; edges are worn and chipped and covers rubbed. the covering over the spine is missing, with the binding solid. There is a small triangular open tear to one side of front.
