Color pictorial price-clipped dust wrapper with very minor wear to the head and tail of spine and to the corners of the flap folds for what is an incredibly beautiful example of the exceedingly rare wrapper. Orange pictorial paste-on endpapers with the "This book belongs to" box not filled in. 41, [1] pp. The book is a compilation of thirty-seven different counting rhymes that are intended to entertain a young child while teaching them to count. The book is illustrated with both black and white and full color drawings by Paflin, showing all the objects to be counted. Offered here is an absolutely magnificent copy of one of the original twelve titles in The Little Golden Library, all of which were published simultaneously in October, 1942.
