Volume 1 is dated 1831, the other two 1832, which might account for the fact the three volume set is deemed "very scarce. Handsome contemporary bindings with a bit of rubbing, otherwise quite nice. Each of the bindings has the ticket of "JNo Atherton Bookbinder Liverpool".
