Number 1055, printed in Germany.Chromolithographed pictorial covers, die-cut in the shape of a young American Indian boy wearing a feathered headdress. Unpaginated, (12pp.) plus wrappers. There is one double-page and two single-page chromolithographs to illustrate this poem "about an Indian Brave." There are sepia drawings on all text pages. The wrappers have a small piece missing to the lower inner left margin, and the second feather from the right,is missing a small piece is missing as the same on the verso. A tear has been repaired on the front cover,the surface on the rear cover has a scratch mark, extremities rubbed. Inside there is overall discolouration due to age, a scattering of foxing, staples a little rusty. A very acceptable copy of a rare shaped book. Size 22 x 10.5cm (8.75 x 4 inches).
