Quarto. Pp. [iv] 39 [1]. No. 67 of an edition of 155 copies printed privately for Carl Pforzheimer and his friends by the Pynson Printers. Beautifully printed, with sepia decoration to title, on thick paper. Immaculate, in floral cloth boards. Laid-in is a printed card saying "Compliments of Carl H. Pforzheimer."
