The pair undertook a tour in Horace in 1765.William Cole was a clergyman and antiquary, who left over one-hundred manuscript volumes to the British Museum upon his death. In a quarter calf binding with cloth covered boards, with new endpapers. Externally, very smart with minor bumping to the extremities. A little rubbing and a few minor marks to the boards and spine.
