Here offered is the first appearance of Little Big Man, which was originally published as a short story titled "How the West Was Lost" in the March, 1964 edition of Esquire. This first appearance is very rare - it took us an exceptionally long time to locate this copy. This comes with the magazine IN TOTAL. We have not removed the pages from the binding, which is tight.
