He added 150 pages of new material and republished it in English in 1959. The American edition preceded the English (Hutchinson) edition. This book laid out his theory of falsifiability where a theory, hypothesis or claim is not refutable then it is not scientific. Fine book in a fine dust jacket with the spine very slightly tanned.
