2 tomes en 1 volume petit in-12. 2ff. 130pp. et 150pp. Plein maroquin rouge, triple filet doré autour des plats, dos à nerfs orné (reliure du 18e siècle). Edition Originale de ce panorama historique de la guerre dans l'ancienne Roumanie et dans la Hongrie au 17e siècle. Contrairement à ce qu'indique Barbier, l'ouvrage ne fut pas traduit de l'italien mais directement écrit et imprimé en français. Très bel exemplaire relié en maroquin au 18e siècle. Barbier, III, 199 (L'attribution par Barbier de cet ouvrage à Ascanio Centorio degli Hortensi, auteur romain vivant vers 1550, semble erronée puisque les évènements décrits datent de la deuxième moitié du 16e siècle).
