Very good plus, if not near fine hardback in very good plus, if not near fine dust jacket. Book has 1/2 inch band of light, if not very light pink to top edge of front pastedown and front free endpaper, due undoubtedly to dampness and trivial, if not barely noticeable dampstain to to edge of first 10 leaves. Dust jacket has a heavy crease to the center of the front panel running from top edge to bottom edge and has had tape expertly removed from interior of front panel along crease.
