Green patterned end-papers. Ian Fleming's bibliographer notes: "Very occasionally a copy can be found lettered in silver" and this certainly accords with our experience as fellow Fleming specialists It is seldom ever offered for sale. This copy has mild foxing (not unsightly) to the top and fore-edge. The boards are bright and clean with no bumping or wear. Overall a near fine copy.
