Octavo, 352pp. A very good copy in the publisher's red cloth. Gently worn at the crown, front inner hinge very thinly exposed, but not cracked. In a good (at best!) dust jacket, whose spine is faded and has a number of splash stains (these do not extend to the panels). Chips at extremities, and there is a dampstain at the fore-edge, noticeable at the margin of the front flap. Two old internal paper tape repairs at the front joint.
