Published to commemorate the celebrated Mexican photographer's 100th birthday, this collection was selected by Álvarez Bravo himself. One hundred gorgeous tritone plates on heavy matte paper followed by a selection of critical commentary on Bravo by Edward Weston, Langston Hughes, Luis Cardoza y Aragón, André Breton, Paul Strand, and other towering figures of twentieth-century art and literature.
