This unique and extremely scarce children's clothing advertising pamphlet includes the full set of unused poster stamps that can be placed into the puzzle book to compose complete images. All four perforated pages of stamps are intact with nine stamps on each page. With the puzzle book is the Mildred Louise Booklet, which lists dress style numbers with brief descriptions and an additional 2-sided, 4-panel fold-out of color-picture illustrations of the listed style numbers, described as "the leading Spring Models of the Mildred Louise Dress for Babies," for ages 2 to 6. The stamps are pristine, though one page has a rip on top of one stamp at the perforation, but not on the stamp's image. There is some water damage at top of the back cover.
