First edition hardcover "first published in March 1942" and first state with period between talk and this on line 11 of p. 112, no printer listed to CP. Fine condition but for faded topstain and slight toning to top page edges. The DJ in mylar is faintly sunned to spine/flap edges, rubbed to spine edges, wtih a tiny nick to heel.
