A very uncommon first of the first book Anne Tyler published, was limited to only 4,000 copies. This copy is in very good condition, a scarce and important book at an attractive price. It has two discreet stamps indicating ex-library copy and the residue left from the library tracking card on back endpaper, and there is tape residue on back and front cover, still a solid copy.
