Although there is no sign of it, this came from the collection of Lucy Amelia Penny (née Powys), sister of John Cowper Powys and was part of a huge collection of Powys family related material that she accumulated over many years. Original blue cloth, 322 printed pages. The cloth is wrinkled to the front board, there is foxing to the pages, a Salisbury book-seller's small tab to the front pastedown and someone (possibly Lucy?) has written a reference number to the front pastedown.
