This is a charming tale beautifully illustrated with a pictorial paste-on of cupid at the base of a ticker-tape machine by John Rae. This book was published in October 1907. Gold lettering to spine and front. Frontispiece is a portrait titled I Hate That Woman page 73. This story first appeared anonymously in 1901 in a volume entitled A House Party.
