The book is in very good condition with rose cloth boards, stamped blue lettering on cover and spine. The binding is tight and square, pages and edges are clean. Decorated endpapers are free from any writing or marks. The book is illustrated with many exquisite drawings by Fritz Eichenberg. Translated from the originalFrench by Simone Chamoud, this is the first North American Edition. 190 pages.
