526pp, blue cloth boards with gilt titles on spine and front board. The boards are a rich blue, not at all faded, and the lettering is bright and bold. The spine is straight and the binding is tight. The corners are firm and square. Map across front and back endpapers in orange, black and white. The page ends show age toning but the pages and text block do not. The interior pages are clean and unmarked. Dust jacket is intact and presented under mylar. Jacket is orange, blue and white with black and white text and a large black and white photo of the city on the front cover. The back cover offers two volumes - New York Panorma and A Guide to New York City - "handsomely boxed $5.00" There is creasing along the bottom edge of the front panel. Price-clipped jacket. The spine shows small chips missing from the top and bottom jacket spine ends. The back panel is intact minus one very small chip at the bottom.
