First edition first printing. Hardback book is tight and clean with the barest touch of lean. Text block has light toning to edges. Boards sharp and clean, gilt perfect. Light bumping to head and foot of spine. Pages crisp and unblemished. Feels tight. Very good condition. Jacket has edgewear, with creasing and chipping chiefly to the top edge, as well as very small rubs. The spine ends have small tears with associated creasing. The rear white panel is reasonably clean with a couple of rubs and light marking. A very good copy. For grading accuracy books are photographed without a protective book cover. This book is fitted with a non adhesive archival quality book protector to make a worthy addition to your collection. Note we do not use stock images, the book pictured is the book described. A solid copy of this very uncommon Hale title, containing eight stories, that despite some wear to the jacket retains bold colours and looks very reasonable on the shelf in the fitted archival cover.
