1st 1908. Almost very good condition with no wrapper. Blue pictorial cloth, with gilt title labels. Front cover shows artist being watched by girl, spine shows lady with girl. 4 colour plates. 336 pages. Purple endpapers. Spine bumped, worn and darkened, gilt title block rubbed, some loss from lady and child. A little bumping and wear to corners. A few small marks to covers, picture on front is rubbed with some spots of loss. Presentation plate to front pastedown, surface paper damage to plate. Joints and some hinges cracked but binding is firm. Small tear to top edge of front endpaper. An odd mark to contents. Some foxing, especially top of first few text pages. All plates present.
