A REMARKABLY WELL PRESERVED COPY BOTH OF THE BOOK AND THE RARELY ENCOUNTERED D.J. THE FRONT FLAP'S LOWER CORNER IS CLIPPED AND THERE IS A 4.50 PRICE AT THE TOP OF THAT FLAP.
