The publication is the first part of a series examining various sectors of the economy of Palestine, published from 1943-1948. This part specifically deals with the production of foodstuff, drink and tobacco, and is profusely illustrated throughout with photographic reproductions in b/w. The main section of the book features countless comapanies/ producers and their products, organized by type of product, printed with the images on glossy paper. Pages 164-221 conatains an advertiement section, followed by a final 12-page directory section alphabetized by company name. The initial section of the book has is an initial index organized by product type. Wrappers with some light staining, as a few small cosed tears and creases along edges and to corners. Head and tail of spine with some light rubbing, bumping and peices of scotch tape. Light creasing along the spine. Interior with pages sunned.
