Fold-Out Auctioneers details and Estate Plans = 'Particulars and Conditions of Sale of Valuable & Important FREEHOLD ESTATES. The PENVOLECARE ESTATE Comprising the Farms of Penvolecare, Bailey, Penybankbach and Waunllwyd in the Parish of Conwil Elvet; The Farms of Penygare, Llan, Pantglas, and Penybwlch, in the Parish of Abergwili; The Farm of Cwmllyniogie in the Parish of Trelech-Ar-Betyws; and The Farm of Rhyalltfawr, in the Parish of Llannon; All in the County of CARMARTHEN. Containing upwards of 975 Acres of Valuable Land, Let to a respectable Tenantry (exclusive of the Wood Lands, which are in each case reserved and in the occupation of the Proprietor) , at Low rents amounting to nearly £500 per Annum. The whole of which will be sold by Mr. George Goode at the Boars Head Hotel, Carmarthen on Saturday, the 29th day of September 1855'. Very worn, discoloured and with tears, chips, creases and stains. Format is the usual 'deed' form folded into 4 with the Particulars printed on the near central segment. Loss to the foot of this - but only lacks the printers details and the blank reverse. Inside, once opened up, shows the particulars in 'Broadside' form (like a b/w Poster) , then 12 pages of printed details of the 'LOTS', PLUS 7 full size Plans of the Area with the Lots noted - The first Map being a larger fold -out Plan of the Penvolecare Estate in Conwil Elvfet. Some of the larger tears have been neatly 'repaired' with archive tape, but, apart from the small loss noted earlier, the details are sewn together as issued and COMPLETE, but with a light brown stain (c. 1.5" x 2") running through the centre of all plans and text.
