Condition Report Externally Spine poor condition very cracked with some minor loss. Joints poor condition front joint has broken and the board is separated from the body of the book, rear joint is cracked the full length but holding. Corners fair condition bumped and worn with loss. Boards fair condition paper covered boards, grey spine and blue boards, some loss to the paper along the edges, general signs of wear for the age. Page edges fair condition top edge darkened, all tanned and foxed. See above and photos. Internally Hinges poor condition the front hinge is broken and the board has become detached from the body of the book, the rear hinge is has started to crack but is holding. Paste downs good condition plain, you can see the blue paper through the white where it has been turned in, lightly tanned with some foxing. End papers good condition plain, the front end paper has the signature of a previous owner, both lightly tanned and foxed. Title good condition half title present, tanned and foxed. Pages good condition all pages untrimmed with some pages are cut narrower than others so they sit back slightly, without impacting text, tanned and foxed throughout. Binding good condition.
