First edition, [1935], 253pp, 14 pages of illustrations (as called for), blue boards, dustwrapper. The contents are in very good condition, with just a hint of foxing noted and a small inscription to the top of the front free endpaper and a little wear to the rear endpaper. The boards are in good condition with a little rubbing and fading to the spine. The dustwrapper is in good condition with a small open tear to the top of the back panel and two short closed tears to the bottom of the fornt panel and associated light creasing. The spine is a little grubby with a small stain. COPAC suggests 1935 for the first eddition of this title, hence our dating.
