An original Chromoxylograph print taken from Houghton's Fresh-Water Fishes 1879 Vol. 2. Generally very well-preserved, with colours remaining clear, bright, and attractive. Some very faint scattered foxing, mostly marginal, only encroaching lightly on the printed image. Minor bumps and knocks to corners and some light edge wear along top caused by removal from binding.
