Learn about : Apricot Butter, Cocoanut Kisses, and Devil's Food. Miss Martha Yohn presented this latter.Some decorative b/w drawings assist text. Last 30 or so pages are paid for by local advertisers - such as : Gudebrod Bros. Silk Co., Walter F. Schwab Fuel Oils, and Wilke Furniture House - mostly of Pottstown or Norristown and Sanatoga. Phone numbers read: FAculty 6-1330. Cond : Stiff paper cover is turquoisey-blue with white lettering. Coil is sound but one ring is broken. Front corner fold, sticker pull on front, light wear or rubs. Minimal soiling, no tears. Neither names nor marks. Almost collectible. HARD to find. Quote (p. 03) : "Stir into the stiffly beaten whites of eggs 1/2 cup cheese. season with paprika and salt. Mould into small balls and fry in deep fat for five ._._._. .".
