Dust wrapper over grey boards with gilt titles to the spine; Measures 8¾" x 5¾" (0.45 kg); pp 200; Bibliography; Translated by J. A. Cole; Cover art by Robert Hollingsworth; Preface by Desmond Donnelly; From the preface: "Although Axel Springer is the most powerful newspaper owner on the Continent of Europe, his name was little known in English-speaking countries until in April 1968 student riots broke out in West Berlin and several places in West Germany and then spread to London and New York. The German students, while they also carried banners attacking West German and West Berlin politicians, made it plain that Axel Springer was the main object of their anger." || The book is on the shelf, ready to be appropriately packed, and posted from the pastoral paradise of Peasedown St. John, Bath, by a real bookseller in a real book shop - with my personal guarantee and beady eye on the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Shopbeschreibung

BookLovers of Bath is based in the rural idyll of Peasedown St. John in Somerset (God's Own Country) in the south west of England and actually very nearly in Bath.
