Boards heavily scuffed, contents evenly age-toned, with some staining and marginal chips to endleaves, but the contents generally clean and sound. Altogether, this collection represents an early set of reprints of the historic 1775-6 meetings of the Virginia House of Delegates, where the subject of separation from England was hotly debated.
