Dark green cloth backed dark green paper covered boards with full color paste label to front cover, and titles stamped in white to front cover and spine; minor wear to the bottom edges and fore edges, and light to moderate wear to the corners, and finally, a light abrasion by upper fore edge corner of the front cover, above the paste label, that has removed the surface of the paper but not all of it, for what is a very thorough and complete condition report on what is a very good copy of the book. 180 pp. Gift inscription dated "X mas 1906" to FFEP. "In merry jingle and with comic pictures are told the funny adventures of Teddy B. and Teddy G., 'the Roosevelt bears.' These intelligent bears one day determined to leave their home in the West and see the sights of the East." (The Publishers' Weekly [No. 1805] Sept. 1, 1906); many wonderful adventures are packed within the book's 180 pages. The book is illustrated by V. Floyd Campbell with a full color frontispiece, fifteen additional full page full color drawings, and black and white drawings, either full page or within text all throughout; internally the book is fine.
