Light green printed wrappers. Small quarto. 79pp. 500 copies printed (according to note on front cover). This report was printed from a manuscript found among the Jefferson Papers. It concerns a treaty of commerce between the two countries which Washington made in 1789-90 through Gouverneur Morris which was rejected by the English cabinet.
