Contemporary 1/2 Morocco with marbled paper boards. Marbled ppaer pastedowns and endpapers. Gilt title to the spine which are slightly faded and chipped. Some cracking to the outer hinges of the spine. Text block is tight. Some internal light foxing and age toning. TEG. Old decorative bookplate of the Public Records Office on the front pastedown. "Withdrawn" stamp to the prelims. Small stamp of the Public Records Office to the title page, the back of one plate, and the last page. Half title states "Supplemental to the Reports of the House of Commons in fifteen volumes. Land Revenue V" This is a stand alone volume. Index. 268 pages. There are four reports with two outstanding folding plates. Plate I is 16 1/2" X 20". Plan on the improvements on the crown estate in Hamilton Place and Picadilly. Made under the direction of John Fordyce, Esq. Surveyor General 1805. Plate II is 16" X16" (Part colored) design for an improvement on the crown's estate in Hyde Park by erecting nine capital houses with stable gardens thereto from the park. Made under the direction of John Fordyce, Esq. Surveyor General, 1808. The four reports are loaded with information on the Crown Lands over 200 years ago. There is also a number of appendices, many of which are concerned with properties and land around London.
