Small octavo. Pp. [x] 238. INSCRIBED "WITH WILLIAM'S LOVE NOVEMBER 26, 1902" ON THE ENDPAPER. Walcott was governor of Massachusetts 1897-1900. A newspaper article on the book is pasted to the front endpapers and has discolored them, and the free endpaper is detached.
