Otherwise, hinges are tight and pages are complete. Has decorative green cloth boards, with gilt lettering and illustration on the front board and spine. Page block edges are marbled. Contains 600 pages of beautiful, historical and informative text. All seven etched black and white plates are present with tissue guards (frontispiece and facing pp. 36, 120, 238, 408, 508, and 586.
